Carbs In Hot Dogs Turkey Hot Dogs On Diet?

Last night I was shopping cuz I did not make things healthier.

I bought the 98% fat free Turkey Hot Dogs.
1 Hot Dog is only 100 calories 70 fat
8 grams fat (a little high, but not like I eat all day, never usually eat 5 grams of fat or high that i B can be grilled if ONIT cooked with 1 slice of bread 100% Whole Wheat (40 cals0 fat )
1 g sugar
2 carbohydrates
Saturated fatty acids 2.50

:) I do not eat cows, sheep, pigs or something like that! only chicken and turkey. Ingredients Arnt wrong.

Is it acceptable to the times in which the grill? Prolly not for dinner when ITIS after 5:00 clock over lunch.

I eat very healthy I'm the cousin to see my weight.

Can you get what you want to diet. You need to limit your ... is the secret. Record what you eat and counting calories. To be honest, keeping the better with natural foods. All hot dogs are unwanted elements from poultry or meat is not used for the sale. If no appeal for me. It is not healthy.

Hot dogs are not very healthy, even if they are manufactured in Turkey. If you want, then just BBQ grilled chicken breasts and make vegetable skewers with grilled corn on the cob. Stay with the basics, while eating. you never know what's really in hot dogs!

I'm no expert, but 70 calories from fat Total 100 CAL seems like a lot. In addition, hot dogs are highly processed foods with artificial dyes and preservatives. That is not healthy, if what you want.
