Does this pendant symbolize anything? - dreamcatcher symbolize

a circle with a pen, which hangs just below. And a circle from the center (blue) slightly higher than the pen? Not sure if this is not a hunter of dreams or, or maybe something else. Maybe just a design ... which seems to have a pen though.
